Our AI-based camera opening system for the pre-pruner was awarded the special prize “Innovations for Agriculture Rhineland-Palatinate 2025”!
With the help of a high-resolution camera and intelligent control, all common post types are visually recognized in order to open or close the knives of the pre-pruner in real time. The system also works in thick foliage, difficult lighting conditions (e.g. low sun) or in the dark, supported by an integrated lighting system.
This significantly reduces the driver’s workload and prevents damage to the stakes and machine.

The system also enables
