Our new building
14.000 m² NEW BUILDING IN WITTLICH-WENGEROHR
With the purchase of a 40,000 m² plot of land in the Wittlich-Wengerohr industrial estate in 2020, we have invested in the future of CLEMENS Technologies. In two construction phases, a new building with a total of 14,000 m² of production space and 3,000 m² of administrative space will be built on the industrial site. The first construction phase was already completed at the end of 2021 with the relocation of production to the new modern plant.
With an investment of 10.5 million euros in the new building, our production capacities will be doubled and modernised. At the new location, we will have a total of 6,000 m² of production space and 800 m² of office space in the future.

It was important to the family to continue the company’s history – after more than 50 years at the Wittlich site, the transition to the third generation is now beginning. The new building will improve our production capacities and secure our growth. It is a clear commitment to Germany as an industrial location. We will secure and expand our 220 jobs.
